Mary S. Kolis, 87, of Dupont, passed away Monday morning, August 27, 2018, at Timber Ridge Health Care Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Dupont, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Stephanie Babula Kolis. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Best Maid Apparel, Old Forge. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and its Women's Society, Dupont.

She is survived by her sister, Mildred Belotti, with whom she resided; brother, Matthew Kolis, Syracuse, NY and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Edward, and Joseph Kolis and sisters, Loretta Macarak, Sophie Baron and Carol Guidry.

The funeral will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 9:15 AM from the Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. 1201 Main Street, Pittston (Port Griffith), with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 215 Lackawanna Ave., Dupont, to be celebrated by Rev. Thomas J. Petro, Pastor. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Dupont.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday morning from 8:15 to 9:15AM, at the funeral home.
