I got to know Matty when he came to cook in my mess hall at Indiantown Gap. We were quick to become friends as we often chatted about life in general. As we go through life, there are certain people you never forget, and Matty was one i always remembered. I was happy that one day we reunited on Face Book and redeveloped our friendship. To all the family members, please accept my sympathy at Matty's passing. Im sure he's cooking in the big kitchen in heaven.
