I was very sorry to hear of Sandra's passing from my brother. She was surely a shining beam of sunshine in my childhood as our neighbor, and helped us through some rough times. It's tough to be a support system- I will be forever grateful, and I have thought of the family so often. I was so happy to meet up with her and her husband, Doug, at a party at Susan Miller Shannon's home a few years back. Glad that I have that memory to look back on. Lucky to have been your neighbor by chance. Hope to see you again someday to thank you! xoxo <3

You were my Godmother and friend. You were the one who helped me walk at almost 2 years old., while mom was in the hospital giving birth to Russell. She was so surprised you got me walking after having those braces on my legs since I was born. Thank you for that. Thanks for all you did for me over the years. I will continue to talk to you through prayers. Say hello to everyone and please help my mom get through this. She's so torn up. Watch over our families. See you again on the other side. Love you and will miss you forever, I will check in on uncle Dougie, don't worry. RIP, Love you
