Nadeane Alice Choynacki, 87, of Pittston, formerly of Hanover Twp., passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025 in Wesley Village. She was the widow of Leonard Choynacki, who passed away on February 15, 2004.

Born in Dupont, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Kathryn Harris Castner. She was a graduate of Dupont High School. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Tobyhanna Army Depot.

She is survived by her sons, Atty. Andrew Marancik and Bruce Marancik, Radiological Technician, both of Portsmouth, VA; grandchildren, Derek and Brittany Marancik; nieces, including Chris Carroll, her caregiver and Josey Soranno; nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Daniel, Basil and Henry Castner and sister, Yolanda Kridgen.

A Blessing Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 5, 2025, in Baloga Funeral Home Inc., 1201 Main St., Pittston (Port Griffith). Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Cemetery, Nanticoke.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Friday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
