Diane M. Cebula - Private

Diane M. Rusinko Cebula, 74, of Mountain Top, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at Mountain Top Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. She and her loving and devoted husband, Martin "Marty" Cebula, celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary on September 23, 2025.

Born in Hazleton, she was a daughter of the late John and Irene Bresnock Rusinko. Diane was a graduate of Hazleton High School, Class of 1969 and received her Associates degree in Marketing from Luzerne County Community College. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Bell Telephone, Hazleton and later Verizon, Wilkes-Barre, from where she retired.

Marty and Diane were together nearly 50 years and were blessed to be able to enjoy their retirement years together. Diane loved photography, taking many pictures of nature's beauty and was a member of the Mountain Top Photography Club.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her sister-in-law, Lori Ann Johnson and husband, Harris "Bud", of Sunbury; three nieces, Heather, Missy and Ashley Johnson.

A private graveside service with interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Calvary Cemetery, Drums.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. 1201 Main Street, Pittston (Port Griffith).
