Barbara F. Kelleman - Wednesday, 7/30/2014

Barbara F. Kelleman, 69, of Moosic, formerly of Pittston, passed away Friday, July 25, 2014, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, after a brief illness. She was the widow of William A. Kelleman, who passed away December 7, 2012.

Born in Scranton, she was a daughter of the late Lazarus and Rose Krupinski Bernacik Ciccone. She was a graduate of Riverside High School, Class of 1962. Barbara was most recently employed by Foster Grant and several other merchandising companies. In her earlier years, she worked as a waitress at Terry's Diner, Moosic; Chick's Diner, Scranton and the former Skyliner Diner, Pittston Township. She also enjoyed her many years as an aerobics instructor at various locations.

Barbara was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.

Barbara is survived by her two sons, William Kelleman and wife, Tina, Duryea and Matthew Kelleman, Pompano Beach, Fla.; sister, Patricia Barkasy and husband George, Moosic; several nieces and nephews; her beloved pets, Binky, Tessy and Pebbles.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 8:45 a.m. from Baloga Funeral Home Inc., 1201 Main St., Pittston (Port Griffith), with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, William Street, Pittston. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Exeter.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The SPCA of Luzerne County 524 East Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
