Anne B. Gagliardi, 80, of Pittston, went home to be with the Lord on Monday morning, September 14, 2015, at the Golden Living Center-Summit, Wilkes-Barre, surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Conrad "Corey" Gagliardi, who passed away August 5, 1994.

Born in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Zigmond and Della Jankeliunas Balayszis. Anne was a graduate of Hanover High School. She was a member of St. Joseph Marello Parish, Pittston. She had a true devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Anne was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, who was cherished by her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her fabulous homemade pasta and sauce, her knack of decorating the house with flair, and her love to shop. She had fond memories of her many well planned out yard sale trips with her best friend, Patty Barrow.

She is survived by her loving children, David Gagliardi and girlfriend, Noel, Pittston, Kenneth Gagliardi, Red Rock and Christine Gagliardi and boyfriend, Jeff Burns, Pittston; granddaughters, Corinna and Carmella Gagliardi; great granddaughter, Gionna; sister, Rita; someone who Anne considered a daughter, Judy O'Boyle; a niece and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Corrine Gagliardi and sister, Marion Galasso.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 9:30 A.M. in St. Joseph Marello Parish, William St., Pittston. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the mass.
