Jane Ann Clarke, 77, of Harrisburg, formerly of Pittston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at Harrisburg Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Joseph D. Clarke, who passed away May 29, 2015.

She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Oliver and husband, Robert; Helen Becker and husband, Thomas; grandchildren, Donnie Oliver and wife, Viviana, and Jessica Gagle and husband Andrew; great grandchildren, Ellie Gagle and Joaquin Oliver; sister, Grace Marie Connors; several nieces and nephews.

Jane was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph McGarry, and sister, Rosemary Durkin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William St., Pittston, to be celebrated by her nephew, Fr. Brian J.W. Clarke. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the mass. Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville.
