Ann Marie Novakovich, 64, of Swoyersville, passed away Wednesday evening, August 15, 2018, at her home, surround by her loving family. She and her devoted husband, Joseph Novakovich, Jr., celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on December 30, 2017.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Gerald and Patricia Cunningham O'Donnell. Ann Marie was a graduate of St. Mary's High School, Wilkes-Barre, Class of 1970 and Luzerne Community College, where she earned an Associates degree in Human Services. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Techneglas, Pittston and prior to that by Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre, where she served as an aide in the adolescent psychiatric unit.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her sons, John and Joseph Novakovich; three grandchildren; brothers, Patrick, Gerald, Sr. and Peter O'Donnell; sister, Kathleen Zimnickey; several nieces and nephews.

As per Ann Marie's wishes there will be no services.
