He was a great guy with a heart as big as a house. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it and, more importantly, when you didn't know you needed it. I will miss his stories and his made-up words. He will live on forever with us.

So many good times over the years ... from the Susquehanna Flood Watch Parties to the Pool Parties, from the Holiday Gatherings to the Manhattan Club Meetings, and from the Phillies Games to all of the other Road Trips, he left behind so many great memories. He always treated me like a son, and treated my kids like grandchildren. He was truly a kind and thoughtful human being filled with compassion, knowledge and a lot of entertaining old stories. And, even up until the end, he always greeted me with a warm smile, a funny quip and a fresh cocktail. I'll miss all of it, but more than anything, I'm so happy he had 86 pretty spectacular years.
