John M. Kolesar, of Buffalo, NY, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

John was a veteran of the US Army and the Coast Guard Reserves.

He was the beloved husband of the late Agnes (Timek); dear father of John, Debra, Ronald (Rachael), Kevin, Albert and Nathan (Ginger) Kolesar; survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother of Eleanor Schelling, Jean Zapusek and the late Mary Robb, Rosalie, Katherine Kolesar and Sophie Malys; survived by nieces and nephews.

A blessing service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 17, 2018, in Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. 1201 Main Street Pittston (Port Griffith). Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Exeter.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
