Amy Lynn Callahan, 45, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at home in Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Kingston and raised in the Pittston Junction, she was the youngest daughter of the late Michael "Mickey" Callahan, Sr. and Nancy Curry Callahan. A longtime Pittston resident, Amy attended Pittston Area Senior High School. She was a home maker, who was previously employed as a Certified Nurse's Aide in several area facilities. She was a member of Our Lady of the Eucharist Parish, Pittston.
Amy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, who was cherished by her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her five children; Kyle Callahan, Kristie Usevicz, Paige Usevicz, Donald Wileman, III and Arianna Wileman; grandson, Wyatt Dougal; longtime boyfriend, Donald Wileman, II; siblings, Michael Callahan, Jr., Michele Callahan Gorto and her husband, Andy and Ellen Callahan; many nieces and nephews.
A blessing service will be held at 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. 1201 Main Street Pittston, (Port Griffith), with Sister Mary Ann Cody, I.H.M., Parish Life Coordinator of Our Lady of the Eucharist Parish, Pittston, officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects Saturday from 3:00 PM until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
