She was a great party and event planner, gardener, seamstress and cook. Using her talents and hobbies to do for others was most important.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I met Priscilla years 6 years ago when she brought her beloved beach home in Rodanthe to the company I was working for to manage her weekly summer rentals. She was quite a lady! I always loved listening to her stories. She was so kind and funny. She will definitely be missed. My sincerest condolences to you and your family.

There are times in our lives that we take time to remember those who made a difference. This lady was special in my life. Not only did she play a role as my teacher, she was the catalyst to my educational pathway. Mrs. Scovell was my teacher, mentor and a forever friend. She knew the value of education, the example of being a strong woman, inspired so many things especially traveling, supported me always, and taught me more than the food industry. I am forever grateful for this woman and I will miss her dearly....rest easy and be at peace.
