My thoughts and prayers are with the family for their loss. I have fond memories of Bob. He was a person who was sharing and kind. He taught me about automotive mechanics and racing, but, also taught me about life’s lessons. Bob pulled a motor out of my Pontiac Trans Am, it was about 8:00p.m. I asked him when to come over to put the new engine together and pull the old one out. Bob said come around 8:00a.m when I arrived at 8:00 a.m, Bob already had the new engine installed and ready to go! We won the ETK class at the Numidia Drag strip the next day — what a talented man! I will never forget him and the good times we shared. Rest in Peace Bob.
