Marlene L. Bartoli, 73, of Pittston, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. She was the wife of Louis J. Bartoli, who passed away on January 21, 2010.

Born in Paterson City, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Bogdon and Josephine Biscotto Bogdon. She was a graduate of Athena Essex County Vocational and Technical High School, Class of 1968. Prior to retirement, she was the owner of Marlene's Hair Fashions, West Pittston and Hughestown.

Marlene was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Her heart was so full of love and she always seemed to find the good in everybody. She will be loved and missed always and will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Williams and husband, Danny; Nicole Mecadon and fiancé, George Williams; grandchildren, Sylus Mecadon-Williams, Albert Sciandra, Emily Uritz, Johnny and Cody Morris and Brandon Goodlavage; several nieces and nephews.

Marlene was preceded in death by her two daughters, Lisa and Diana Mecadon and sister, Diana Bogdon.

A Blessing Service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, March 25, 2024 in Baloga Funeral Home Inc., 1201 Main St., Pittston (Port Griffith), with Fr. Paul McDonnell, O.S.J., officiating. Interment will be in St. Rocco's Cemetery, Pittston Twp..

Relatives and friends may pay their respects during a celebration of Marlene's life on Monday from 9:00 AM, until the time of the service.
