Kathy A. Kerrigan Rocker, 68, of Plains, passed away Thursday morning in Geisinger Wyoming Valley. She was the widow of Gerald Rocker.

Born in Mineola, New York, she was the daughter of the late Charles Henry and Bernadette Hagan Kerrigan. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy in Sag Harbor, New York and was a member of its Alumni. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Kathy was a beloved mother, sister and aunt, who was cherished by her family and will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her sons; Jerry Rocker, Dupont, Casey Rocker, Plains, and Fernando Gonzalez, Dupont; a daughter, Colleen Wilson, Exeter; sisters, Lorelle Fallon, East Hampton, NY, Maureen Argetsinger, Elmira, NY, and Eileen Ippolito, Sound Beach, NY; a brother, John Kerrigan, Portland, Oregon, four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Renee Creel in 2008. A blessing service will be held on Saturday at 7:00 P.M. in the Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. 1201 Main Street, Pittston. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
